Regent – Administração Judicial

What does the judicial administrator do?

The judicial administrator is appointed by the judge to help manage and oversee the judicial recovery and bankruptcy processes of companies. He or she is responsible for the first stage of credit verification, in which he or she analyzes which credits are subject to competition.

In judicial recovery, he or she monitors the company that is trying to recover financially, ensuring that it follows the plan approved by the creditors. The judicial administrator also prepares reports on the company’s financial situation, organizes meetings with creditors and ensures that the entire process is transparent and fair.

In the event of bankruptcy, the judicial administrator takes over the management of the company, with the task of dealing with all the assets of the bankrupt company, promoting, with maximum agility, the sale of assets to pay creditors.

In short, the judicial administrator is essential to ensuring that the recovery and bankruptcy processes are conducted in a fair and transparent manner.
